Donation Policy

1. 1.1 Contributions fund water solutions and related programme costs.
2. 1.2 Where a specific project cannot proceed, funds are directed to the next suitable project of similar purpose.
3. 1.3 A responsible portion of donations may support essential administration that enables our work to continue.

1. 2.1 Completed projects receive a unique WellWill Project ID with verified details.
2. 2.2 Donors may receive a completion update where contact details are provided.
3. 2.3 Corporate partners receive a verified Impact Report with project IDs, photographs and completion information.

We want every donor to give with confidence.

1. 3.1 If you make a donation in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund of any funds not yet committed to a project.
2. 3.2 Once funds have been committed to or spent on a project, refunds may not be possible.
3. 3.3 Refund requests are handled through the Contact page and processed via the original payment method.

1. 4.1 Donation collection and charitable representations follow the applicable rules in the countries from which WellWill operates and solicits donations.
2. 4.2 We maintain records of donations and expenditure to support accountability and audit.
